Like nearly all web sites on the we maintain web logs
to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our
web site. This information is primarily used to track page traffic,
search phrases used to find our site, and browsers or operating
systems used so we can better serve our visitors. This information
is not made public.
Information on Cookies
Our web sites do not contain "cookies."
Credit Card Information
No IT system under the control of Starkie Enterprises contains any
credit card information. PayPal implements all of our credit card transactions.
Security
This site has reasonable security measures in place to protect the
loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
Sharing Information
Starkie Enterprises is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.
We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose or share email
addresses or any other personal information to any third party without
first obtaining explicit consent of those customers affected.
Email Correspondence with Customers
When a customer makes a purchase from our website we are
provided with their email address. This email address becomes the primary
means of identifying our customers. License keys and notification of software
updates will be automatically emailed to this address. During the software
registration process our customers are given the option of opting out
of receiving information about software updates. When downloading our software customers
may be asked to provide their email address. If they chose
to leave this field blank they will still be able to
download and trial our software.
Choosing to fill this field in constitutes acceptance for us to
contact the individual affected for marketing purposes.
At the request of those individuals affected we will delete any
email addresses contained on our systems.
Notice of changes to the Policy
Starkie Enterprises reserves the right to change this Policy at any
time by notifying customers by posting the new Policy on our
website and/or via those affected via email. All changes to the
Policy will be effective when posted, and the absence of any
further correspondence from those affected will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound
